Construction Project Manager
Location: Connecticut or Massachusetts (Multiple Opportunities Available)
We’re currently hiring Construction Project Managers for multiple clients across Connecticut and Massachusetts. These are reputable general contracting firms looking for experienced PMs who can manage all phases of construction while keeping projects on schedule and budget.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor agreements
- Coordinate field activities, safety compliance, and quality control
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers
- Track progress, manage RFIs and change orders, and ensure timely completion
- Prepare and submit monthly AIA billing requisitions
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate cost tracking and compliance
- Lead weekly project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- AIA billing experience is required
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or Sage is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
