Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Greater New Haven Area

Hourly Pay: $19-$22/hour (temporary to permanent)

Job Description: Property management company is looking for a team leader/senior maintenance candidate. This candidate should be able to work doing plumbing, electrical, dry wall, painting and general carpentry projects to repair and update apartment units. Will also need to supervise and train lower level maintenance workers.
