Office Administrative Support

Location: Greater New Haven

Multiple in-office support positions are available. Ideal candidates should possess a strong attention to detail, demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365, and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with QuickBooks and bilingual abilities preferred but not required.

Duties Include:

  • Execute general administrative tasks including typing letters/correspondences, copying and filing.
  • Manage customer service calls by addressing inquiries through email, phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Schedule appointments, oversee calendars, facilitate meetings and events, and arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Assist in bookkeeping: manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, assist in the preparation of financial statements.
