Job Description: The HR Associate position will assist the HR Manager in operational procedures, tasks and responsibilities as needed. Duties include assisting in recruitment, pre-screening of applicants, performing background checks, and coordinating new hire paperwork and documentation. In addition, compiling and tracking payroll. Developing new employee benefit programs, including other general office related duties.
