Executive Administrative Assistant

Location: Greater New Haven

Financial service firm is seeking a Professional Executive Administrative Assistant who will support the Managing Member of their team and interact with clients.  Duties include: 

  • Manage calendar.
  • Oversee expense reporting.
  • Coordinate travel – domestic and international.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as answering calls and distributing mail.
  • Organize team meetings and events. 
  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills.
  • Must enjoy working with team members who are energetic and kind and enjoy multi- tasking.
  • Deliver top tier hospitality.
  • Detail-oriented.
