Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Greater New Haven
Financial service firm is seeking a Professional Executive Administrative Assistant who will support the Managing Member of their team and interact with clients. Duties include:
- Manage calendar.
- Oversee expense reporting.
- Coordinate travel – domestic and international.
- Perform general office tasks, such as answering calls and distributing mail.
- Organize team meetings and events.
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills.
- Must enjoy working with team members who are energetic and kind and enjoy multi- tasking.
- Deliver top tier hospitality.
- Detail-oriented.
