Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Greater New Haven

A non-profit organization in Greater New Haven is in search of a meticulous and organized accounts payable clerk to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding customer service and analytical skills. Must be proficient QuickBooks and have experience with bank reconciliation. Knowledge of vendor management systems a plus.

Duties Include:

  • Record vendor payments and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, or payments
  • Processes payments and oversees expenses through tasks such as receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
  • Verifies vendor accounts through monthly statement reconciliation
